Have an "06" auto. The auto gearchange seems to change too late for my likeing - in other words the change up from 3rd to top should kick in sooner. I often find myself cruising at say 40 - 45 mph and the car is still in 3rd - hence the petrol consumption is not too good. I know I can knock it into select and change up but that kinda defeats the object of having an auto. It feels like the car is in "sports" mode, but its not - is there a way of changing the gearing ??  |
