hi, i dont know about your particular model of car however from experience of havng this work done to my cars (All Independant Garages).......

when you have a timing belt changed, 9 times out of 10 a garage will recomend you change the water pump as well as both jobs require a lot of time getting to the parts, and they are located very close together in the engine, so it saves taking the engine apart twice,

i just had my 2.0HDI 307 timing belt and water pump done and it cost me 280,
a friend has also just had his 2.0HDI 206 timing belt kit and water pump done but he supplied the parts himself and still got charged 215 for labour,
however another car i had was a clio 1.2 and again i had the timing belt and water pump changed and it cost me 350,

if the garage is providing the parts for you i would advise you to expect a cost of around 250-350

hope this helps a little

250-305 on that I guess as access shouldn't be too bad on a 1.6 if they can get the 1.9D in it Razz

Best bet is ring around your local indie(s).
