Can anyone tell me how to check the transmission fluid on a 2002 206 GLX with automatic gearbox as I failed to find a dipstick or filler pipe that auto trans usually has. I also failed to find the fuel filter, I searched between the tank and the engine but failed to spot it, the filter supplied is a metal in line type, anyone know where I would find it.
Thanks in adavance.

Problem solved got my book today and its no wonder I could not find the fuel filter as my model has no external filter but one that is part of the pump inside the fuel tank that does not require replacing like the external one,the automatic transmission fluid is checked by removing the battery and its tray, disconnect the control cable, remove the filler plug and add half a litre of fluid, put everything back and start the engine, low idle, go underneath and remove the plug that is screwed into the centre of the DRAIN plug, let the fluid drain out till it stops and put the plug back,if no fluid comes out stop the engine and repeat step one again, its no wonder that I could not find a dipstick, its a bit of a pain to do but now I know its full and no need to check it again while it keeps dry underneath.
