I have searching the net and cannot find the answer.  I need to change the rear abs sensors on my pug 307.  Unfortunately, upon investigation I found that allen bolt is damaged and I cannot use the 5mm allen key to get it off.  Is there any other way of removing this bolt?

if there is a potruding head on the allen screw use a pair of mole grips on it,if not and it is the countersunk type try a centre punch and hammer to loosen it and once it is out far enough use a pair of pliers to remove it. Failing this you will have to drill it out,but to do this you need to know the size of the thread so you can find out the core size of the thread and use the appropriate size of drill.if you cant find out the size of the thread, drill the head to remove from the screw, then estimate the size of the screw preferably with calipers or failing that a steel rule the go in with a smaller drill and use an extractor to get the rest of the screw out cos you don't want to damage the thread the screw go's into.hope this sort's out your problem.By the way don't buy cheap extractors as they will break, I suggest buying these at an engineering suppliers.Good luck.
