HI Chaps, when i brought my 307 sw se estate 2.0 i was told it was a 90 bhp, the clutch has started to go and i thought that it would be a good idea to replace it with a solid flywheel one rather than the dmf. only thing is there does not seem to be a dmf clutch availible for a 90bhp? kit anyway, my loca parts shop said that the 90 has a solid type flywheel is that correct?

only thing is how do i know if my car is a 90 or a 110 is there any is identifying marks? it is as slow as you like! nowhere as good as the old D-turbo 306 that we had or 405 before that !!

any help would be greatly accepted as scared to drive it incase of clutch failure.

The most obvious difference is the intercooler at the fromt. If u have one then its a 110bhp, if not then its a 90.

cheers for the advise over wether it was a 90 or not

sorry i ment that on the drive shaft there is casing with a gear in it which is blanked off which serves no purpose, speedo is electric as you said.,

re door badges, mine does not even say peugeot on it, it has had a shunt at some point and they have not bothered to refit any badges. just the lion thingy.

i thought things were going well Embarassed . after rebuilding it i now get a vibration on the clutch pedal. it also squeaks when the pedal is not depressed, fitted plenty of clutches in the past and i used an alighment tool and a torque wrench when i fitted the clutch so not a complete amature.

i was wondering should the release bearing touch the pressure plate all the time or is it only when its depressed, the squeak goes away when you press the pedal and so does the vibration, any ideas? should the slave cylinder be tight against the fork arm? the pedal feels a bit scrunchy like there is dirt in th master cylinder or slave cylinder, (ps i didnt disconnect it) wondering if it has a fault there as there was a noise coming from this area before i stripped it, or have the input shaft bearings gone?

cheers in advance
