I have been having this problem for about two months now, it blew my clutch once , changed the full set, changed the master cylinder as well it was blown as well.

Still doing the same thing, any idea what else could it be ?

What engine do you have?

Do you mean the cylinder on the gearbox which is the slave - the master is near your pedal.

Did the DMF get changed?

it is a 2.0 HDI 307 51 Plate and the cylinder that is near readheater.   it just doesn't make sense, I don't know what else to chage.
honestly according to Peugeot's system it shows that master cylinder is near the pedal but it isn't , it has a nipple and it is right near readheater the man in the dealership was suprised to see it there as well.

the answer to DMF is, yes it was changed as well, I bought the full clutch kit. it wasn't long ago about three months back I think, has it not been fitted properly or do I have to look for something else in the car ?

i got my car back yesterday, all fixed it was a new clutch job, mechanic says the flywheel was sound and didnt need changing which i thought was strange but
anyways all problems sorted at a cost of £400. Does that seem reasonable for a new clutch change?, and he also replaced a part that was leaking coolant.

Also the says i need the brakes looking at, there is deep score marks on the discs on the front, and rear discs are pitted?? and he recommends changing them, says he will replace discs and pads for 50 quid each axle, is this reasonable or does it even need doing at all?

The 2.0HDI in 307 does not have DMF. Just had mine changed, and found out only the 1.4 and 1.6 HDI equip with DMF.

i would also recommend getting the sleeve that the release bearing sits on which is probally causing all the problems  i just did a LUK 3pc kit, release arm and bearing sleeve for £330
