hi.can anybody tell me how do stop the door mirrors automatically folding in when locking the car.307 2l xsi petrol 2003.just concerned what damage may occur when the mirrors are frozen,given we now have started frosty winter mornings. Rolling Eyes

Never heard of an issue - they can be config but not a DIY job.

I had an issue a while back, where mine wouldnt open at all, when starting the engine. It turned out, i had been retarded and knocked the switch downwards "where the mirror adjustment controls are".

Im not sure what the switch does, but it prevented the car from auto opening the mirrors, perhaps my retardness will help you, and maybe if you flick the switch it will also prevent them from closing??? just a thought..

To do this you have to connect to Peugot Planet and deactivate it in BSI

It doesnt have to be Planet - but its the best system available.

The switch folds them at will on mine, handy when squeezing through tight gaps.
