hey every1,
I finally gave up and took my 407 to the dealer. Apparently the rear left side wiring to the light got burnt; i guess it is due to the heat in Dubai...or whatever caused it!
they charged about AED 100 just for a terminal and wiring ...that is about 18 pounds...
I just hope it is not the beginning of all sorts of electrical issues...have done about 52,000 kms so far.... |

hi there,
iam new on here but think i could solve your problem, ive got the 407 hdi and had the same prob with mine, so i unplugged the lights at the back and cleaned the plugs with wd40, plugged it back in and so far so good, that was a few months ago now hope this will help. |

| use the link someone has put ref the rear lights as this was making me bald, it does work and costs pennys to do yourself just make sure you tighten up the connections or it wont work properly. i done mine 2 years ago and not a beep till the other day when the tyre pressure switch went so i cant complain too much. |

| Digressing from the subject slightly, but replace all your sensor valves with standard rubber ones and have the system deactivated approx £20. |

Yes they will do it, but will charge around £50.
If you're around Glasgow area it can be done independantly for around £20 - £25 |
