Shocked
Has anyone got a great place to buy a new set of wiper blades for the 06 407? I was hoping to pay less than the showroom. Ebay offers a replacement refill for about £7, but i can't see them working can you? Otherwise the internet seems to be around £35 - £50. Whats the best you have found?

G'day Roddy
I see you have had lots of lookers on this post but no replies.
I too am looking for replacement wipers and javascript:emoticon('Shocked') almost fell over at the cost, because Peugeot only offer a complete wiper arm assembly as a replacement. Maybe if you require a new seat, you have to take the whole car??javascript:emoticon('Confused') javascript:emoticon('Rolling Eyes')
On inspection of the wiper, you can see that the insert itself is replacable if you can get it out of the assembly without damage.
I am now searching for a 700mm insert to see if I can do the job. Will let you know how it goes.

I would advise buying good quality wiper blades because you don't want to damage your screen.  Just had my 407 c screen replaced after someone chucked a stone at it.

Fitter showed me the invoice .    Wait for it

£832   Rolling Eyes

luckily the insurance paid with £60 excess.

p.s.  guess what. nobody apart from peugeot makes screens for this car. presumably because of the sat nav & rain sensors

Could not find anything suitable. For any saving I guess it is prudent to take into account the possibility of screen damage and as SunnyBunny has pointed out the cost a new screen is not worth the exercise.
Gunna get new Peugeot wipers.javascript:emoticon('Rolling Eyes')

Had the same problem - even though they were very expensive - last year went for original ones. This year - found different solution. Bought blades from www.biltema.no . looks and whipes just as original - ones. for two total cost was close to 25pounds .
