Hi everyone, new to the forum and needing some help.

I have an 05' 407 sw luxury se.

my problem is my car has the sat nav phone etc pack, apart from the sat nav being the single worse ill imformed sat nav i've ever had the misfortune to use, the head unit itself has started to play up not recongnising any other source mode, ie it will only play the radio.

Peugeot are asking silly money for a replacement £1600 !!! And could'nt access the stereo software via diagnostics.

And thus people are asking silly money on e bay.

Finding a repair agent is proving nhy on impossible. However I have been told there is a repair agent in Scotland, Dundee I think.

Has anybody else had a simliar problem ? Or heard of this mystical Magneti Marelli repair agent in Scotland ?

Hi thanks for the reply, I flit in and out of trying to resolve the problem as you can see by the date intervals !!

I've tried the soft reboot to no avail, but will try and the fuse tomorrow.

Hi mpplayer can you help me I'm based in Birmingham and my unit has no display at all completely blank. I can hear music fine from the radio and cd but no display. Any help appreciated.
