| Hi, signed up here to see If anyone can help. as the rear right hand side Bearing has gone therefor causing excessive play I the trailling arm I've decided on attempting to change the bearings rather than purchase a whole new axle. I've done the necessary steps, ie remove wheel hub, disconnect bottom of shock, unscrew torsion arm bolt etc.. just now I'm having a big problem sliding the arm from the axle beam\torsion bar, it's a 1999 1.1 206 and understandably doesn't just come apart nice and easy, I've tried smashing it with sledge hammer but it won't move an inch. Is ther something I've missed out or is it all just extremely seized up. Any comments/advice appreciated, cheers, Jake. |
