Exact same problem although when I try to select "perform Bluetooth search" I can't select the option because the letters are all broken up, not solid like the other 3 options above.
Tried the battery and the fuse option but no joy.
Anyone else with this broken letter option thing?

hi, I too have this broken letter thing, plus i also noticed in the bottom right hand corner of the display is an empty flashing battery symbol ?
anyone any ideas please?

Hi,
I have the same problem. The letters appear broken and it wont select. I did also notice some sort of flashing,empty battery symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
I checked the fuse panel in the glove box and there is only one fuse in there. Its a 20a but when i removed it the radio stayed on so it cant be the right fuse.
Any one any ideas ? thoughts on the flashing battery symbol? or the broken lettering?

Hi, just wondering if anyone has managed to solve the problem with the "perform bluetooth search" option being greyed out/broken lettering? I'm getting the same issue on my 308. I've tried the removing the fuse trick, but this has not worked - all it did was lose the correct date and time. Cheers.

Hi, Guys
I am a bit late with this replay, but recently got this problem.
Replaced the Bluetooth Module - behind the gloves compartment (Right side drive) - sorted.
Ordered used one online same part number on Citroen as Peugeot.
